Contracts
Our Office reviews, drafts, negotiates and enforces a wide variety of contracts involving the University. Attorneys work extensively with the P2P team and other administrative offices in contracting, interpreting laws and regulations and advising on complex transactions.
Property and Construction
Attorneys in the Office of the General Counsel advise on issues relating to the construction, ownership, management and use of property and facilities. Our Office handles all real property acquisitions, sales, leases, licenses/permits, easements and other real estate matters for the University. In addition, we provide legal guidance related to documents, disputes and legal requirements pertaining to all construction projects.
